Widmer Brothers Brewing Company Omission IPA (Gluten-Free) (6.7% alcohol by volume) pours brilliant gold while producing a 2” rocky cream colored foam collar. It releases biscuit and melon aromas with citrusy hops. The palate is creamy, citrusy with a big dose of melon and a muted grapefruit rind finish. It has a medium body and carbonation. People who are gluten intolerant will like this beer. I rate it 80.
