Summit Brewing Company
Summit Brewing Company Summit Maibock (6.7% alcohol by volume) pours brilliant copper gold under a 1” fluffy and clingy white foam collar that produces thick lace. It smells like bread and spice. The flavors are white bread and a little darker bread crust, grain and hop spice with a moderate bitterness. The balance is to the malt. It has a medium body, medium carbonation, and is smooth and creamy. This is a very drinkable beer well worth orth a repeat. The creaminess and the malt balance the hops well. I rate it 85.
