Ginger-Lemon Radler

Boulevard Brewing Company Ginger-Lemon RadlerBoulevard Brewing Company Ginger-Lemon Radler (4.1% alcohol by volume) has a big lemon and ginger nose with white bread crumb in the background. It pours gold with a light haze permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles. It has a thin white cap that drops quickly. The flavors have a big lemony start with a light biscuit back. The ginger creeps up coming into balance with the lemon by the finish with a nice ginger burn. The body is light and the beer is highly carbonated. This is a refreshing, easy to drink beer with enough beer like qualities to distinguish it from lemonade. It is a good bicycle beer. I rate it 80.
