Third Coast Old Ale

Bell's Brewery Third Coast Old AleBell's Brewery Third Coast Old Ale is an American Barleywine with 10.2% alcohol by volume. It pouirs brilliant ruby tinted chestnut under a 2" rocky light tan cap with moderate retention. The glass releases malt, dried fruit, and light caramel aromas. A malty palate features a range of caramel flavors from light to dark with a hint of burnt caramel that sweeten dark dried fruit flavors and a touch of nuts and very faint chocolate. It finishes with a biter hop accent. The body is chewy with medium low carbonation. Look for this evening sipping beer during the winter and grab a few extra bottles for aging. I rate Third Coast Ale 92.
